New Clients: For first-timers or clients returning after 4+ years.

Check-Up: 4–8 weeks post-initial procedure (mandatory for new procedures). Sessions beyond 8 weeks are considered touch-ups.

Touch-Up: 8 weeks to 24 months after the original procedure.

Outside Touch-Up: For work done elsewhere, within our service guidelines.

Extended: 24 months to 4 years post-procedure. After 4 years, it’s considered a new procedure.
Appointments & Documentation:
Upon scheduling, you’ll receive our location and digital patient intake forms (updated annually). Consent and aftercare instructions are provided 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Before we begin, we’ll discuss your preferences for brow shape and color, considering your facial bone structure and contours to achieve the most flattering result.

Once you approve the shape, we carefully choose a color that complements your natural skin tone and hair. Rest assured, your existing eyebrow hair is not removed during the process—it actually enhances the final look.

Our go-to technique for natural-looking brows is the hair stroke method, also known as microblading, etching, embroidery, or soft tap. This approach mimics the appearance of individual hairs, creating a feathered, realistic effect. For those seeking alternative styles, we also offer nano and powdered brows to suit your desired look.
EYELINER

Permanent eyeliner offers a smudge-proof solution, ideal for busy, active individuals or those with alopecia, allergies, poor eyesight, or physical disabilities.

To ensure comfort, a topical anesthetic is applied before the procedure. We begin only after both the client and So Natural have approved the desired shape and color. Pigment is then carefully applied along the lash line to enhance the lashes subtly. The entire process typically takes about an hour.
LIPS

The lip filler technique enhances the natural lip contour, adding subtle definition and fullness. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your desired shape and color. Bringing your go-to lipstick is recommended to ensure the result aligns with your preferences.

Soft pink is a popular choice for a natural look, while darker shades deliver a bolder, more dramatic effect.

A topical anesthetic is applied to minimize discomfort, and the procedure only begins once both you and the technician have approved the shape and color.

Lip Prep & Heal Serum:
We recommend using Vicki’s Lip Prep & Heal Serum twice daily for three weeks before your procedure, but it’s not required. Discontinue use 48 hours prior to your appointment and resume during the third week of healing. The serum, available at our location for $55, supports optimal results.

AREOLA
