Application to be a Model

Are you a current client of So Natural Permanent Cosmetics (you have had permanent cosmetics done by one of our practitioners)?
Are you interested in being a model for one of our STUDENTS? The fee is $225, additionally if a check-up or touch- up is needed, there will be a fee of $150. You may choose between a student or a SNPC staff member. Please indicate which PMU procedure you are interested in.

Once your application had been reviewed, we will call you for an appointment.
